Shipping

Fluf.pk is owned and operated by Aslase.

Fluf delivers orders across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Lahore: 1-3 working days

• Other cities in Pakistan: 3-5 working days

A flat delivery fee of PKR 225 applies to orders across Pakistan.

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by public holidays, weather, courier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Order Confirmation

Orders are subject to product, size and stock availability. Our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp if additional confirmation is required before dispatch.

Please make sure the phone number and delivery address provided with your order are complete and correct.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request an eligible return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

To qualify, the product must:

• Be unused and unworn

• Be unwashed

• Be in its original condition

• Have its original tags attached

• Be returned with the original product packaging where applicable

• Be free from stains, marks, perfume, damage or signs of use

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind after receiving an eligible product, you may contact us within 7 days.

Cash refunds are not provided for change-of-mind returns. Approved returns may be handled through an exchange or Fluf store credit. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Size Exchanges

If you order the wrong size, you may request an exchange within 7 days, subject to replacement size availability.

For a customer-requested size exchange, the customer is responsible for the return and replacement delivery charges.

Sale & Discounted Products

Products purchased during a sale or with a discount may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to product and size availability.

• The customer is responsible for the return and replacement delivery charges for customer-requested exchanges.

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in its original condition with tags attached.

• Cash refunds are not provided for discounted or sale items.

• If the requested replacement size or product is unavailable, Fluf may offer another available product or store credit.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect product, an incorrect size different from what you ordered, or a product that arrives damaged, please contact Fluf as soon as possible.

Once the issue is verified, Fluf will cover the return and replacement delivery cost. We may request photos or a short video of the item to verify the issue before arranging the replacement.
