These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of fluf.pk and purchases made from Fluf. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Fluf.pk is owned and operated by Aslase. References to "Fluf", "we", "us" or "our" throughout these Terms refer to Aslase.

Products and Availability

Product availability, colours, designs, sizes and quantities may change without notice. An item shown on the website may become unavailable before an order is confirmed. Fluf may contact the customer if an ordered item is unavailable and may offer an alternative product or store credit where appropriate.

Product Information and Images

We aim to present product information and images as accurately as reasonably possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and device-screen settings. Small variations in embroidery, print placement or finishing may occur between individual pieces.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Fluf may update prices, offers or promotions from time to time. The price applicable to an order is the price shown or confirmed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee availability until the order is confirmed. Fluf may contact you by phone or WhatsApp for order confirmation or delivery information. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact and delivery details.

Payment

Fluf accepts Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. Where available, customers may also pay online by debit or credit card at checkout through our secure payment gateway. Online payments are processed directly by the payment gateway: card details are entered on the gateway's own secure payment page and are never seen or stored by Fluf. Once a payment is authorised, the customer is returned to fluf.pk and shown an order confirmation. Customers must provide accurate information when using any payment method.

Shipping

Fluf delivers across Pakistan. Estimated delivery is 1-3 working days in Lahore and 3-5 working days in other cities. A flat delivery fee of PKR 225 applies unless a different delivery offer is clearly stated at checkout or as part of a promotion.

Returns and Exchanges

Eligible return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition and have original tags attached. Customer-requested size or preference exchanges are subject to availability and the customer is responsible for return and replacement delivery charges.

Sale and Discounted Products

Sale or discounted products may be exchanged within 7 days, subject to product and size availability. Cash refunds are not provided for discounted or sale items. Customer-requested return and replacement delivery charges are paid by the customer.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If Fluf sends an incorrect item or an item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. Once the issue is verified, Fluf will cover the return and replacement delivery cost. Photos or a short video may be requested to verify the issue.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discounts and special offers may have specific eligibility, product, date or stock conditions. Unless clearly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined. Fluf may end or modify a promotion when its stated period ends, stock is exhausted or an obvious promotional error needs correction.

Website Use

You may use fluf.pk for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit fraudulent orders or use the website in a way that may harm Fluf or other users.

Intellectual Property

Fluf branding, product names, website copy, graphics, photographs and other original content on the website belong to Fluf or are used with appropriate permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Privacy

Personal information provided through the website is handled according to Fluf's Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy for information about data collection, use, sharing and customer requests.

Third-Party Services

The website may rely on third-party services such as Shopify, courier providers, payment providers, analytics tools and social-media platforms. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

Limitation

Fluf aims to keep the website available and information accurate, but website access may occasionally be interrupted and errors may occur. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

Fluf may update these Terms & Conditions when store operations, services, policies or website features change. The latest version will be published on fluf.pk.
